Our Elementary program is composed of First through Fifth grades. Teachers plan quality and meaningful learning experiences through thematic, project-based learning, taking into consideration, children's multiple intelligences and learning styles. Project Approach builds on natural curiosity, giving children the opportunity to explore, interact, question, problem-solve, communicate and reflect.

The school provides a plan of formal instruction which includes:  Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Health, Social Studies, Lengua Española, Ciencias Sociales, Cívica and French. In addition, students also participate in Physical Education, Music, Art and Computer Science classes.

Teachers create a class environment that promotes learning, motivating students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge taking into account each student’s abilities and needs. Our class routine includes: reading, theme study, journal writing, class discussions, circle time activities, values program, library and center activities among others.

Elementary students are actively involved in a variety of interesting, significant school activities such as: Science Fair, Literacy Fair, Spelling Bee and celebrations such as Independence Day, Folkloric Week, Easter Egg Hunt, Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas concert etc. We promote cooperative learning, and strongly believe Elementary students have an active role in their learning process. This program focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer to become lifelong learners.
